Since 1997, Arbor Building Company has directed its efforts to building high quality custom residential homes. Throughout S.E. Michigan, we have built custom homes ranging in size from 1400 sf. to over 6000 sf. Our main focus since our inception has been to offer efficient construction methods. We began our business as a system engineered panelized builder and this construction concept has been carried throughout all of our products. We support pre-engineered and system manufactured methods of construction. Whether the products are built with traditional framing, timberframe or log construction, structural insulated panels or traditional post and beam, we believe these engineered methods provide several benefits including: superior products and construction, faster build times, quicker enclosures to offset the weather, earlier occupancy by the client, reduced material waste and better site management.
