Architectural Design-

Arbor Building Company works closely with each of our (component) manufacturers to provide complete architectural and design services. Our manufacturing partners, Woodhouse, Barden, Rapid River Rustic, Murus, Empyrean and Rigid, will design and produce architectural construction drawings.  Each of these suppliers will provide drawings appropriate to their method of construction. 

We also work locally with Ambrosino Design Works for exterior/interior design details and KSF Architects for full design and architectural services. Both of these firms are excellent for providing concepts, floorplans, design details specific to an architectural style and full construction drawings. Our clients appreciate a true “hands-on” design process with the help of these two companies. We utilize their respective talents to achieve a personal sense of style. Both are passionate about their work and offer excellent value for their creative efforts.

Financial Sources-

Construction financing for a system engineered building can be obscure to the typical lending institution. Over the years, we have established financing sources that are eager to work with us as a building company and our customers to fund the construction and end loan process.

Construction Consulting-

Arbor Building Company offers construction consulting for a variety of construction methods.

We focus on all types of residential construction, retail and light commercial, vintage barn reconstruction/home conversion and site development. Consulting is based on a case by case basis.

We can provide direct project consulting or simply perform as a source for other trades and products to suit your construction needs.
